MARCH 27,2020 - STATEMENT FROM SFLAX CONCERING CORONAVIRUS

First and foremost, on behalf of everyone at SFLAX we hope everyone is safe and healthy and doing as best they can during this strange and scary time.

As you may have heard by now, the New Mexico Public Education Department just announced that all New Mexico schools are closed through this academic year.

It follows that the earliest we might be able to resume activities would be the end of May/early June

For this year, the traditional spring season as we know it will not happen. However, we are working on contingencies for possible late May/early June and summer games and tournaments. Hopefully, you are working on your stick skills at home. We will have some sort of lacrosse competitions as soon as the all-clear is issued by State authorities. We are committed to having lacrosse as soon as reasonably possible!

Thank you,

The coaches of Santa Fe Lacrosse
